Therapeutic Process
The number of sessions that it takes is difficult to define. It depends on how much change you want and what is not working for you in your life. Each session is as individual as each person. Typically we explore your concerns, and how this may be impacting you. Generally, the therapy process may consist of:
- Developing life coping strategies, skills and resources.
- Overcoming and healing past wounds and traumas.
- Re-working and removing limiting blocks, patterns and obstacles.
- Creating and building resilience, well-being and a satisfying life.
This is achieved at a pace that is comfortable for you, utilising any number of individually tailored therapeutic modalities.
