Symbol Work

Sometimes it is difficult to get a perspective on your inner or outer conflict. It may feel like there are strong needs or inner voices that pull you in different directions. Or you may be caught in a dynamic with family members or people at work.

Symbol work involves using small objects or figurines to enact these inner or outer dynamics. This helps to get perspective, clears your understanding and allows for new solutions to arise from your deeper mind.

Symbol work may be helpful with depression, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, anger, addictions, low self-esteem, difficult decisions or life transitions. This modality is also great for developing a new or enhancing an existing positive resource, capacity or skill for example the creative part of you that always wanted to paint or write.
