Tapping, TFT, EFT

Tapping, Thought Field Therapy (TFT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Energy Psychology are similar techniques that unblock the flow of the body's natural energy. Extensive research in mind-body healing has linked illness or disease to a disruption or blockage in the body's energy system or nerve channels. There is also a corresponding connection between the mind and the body in relation to all emotions.

You will learn how to tap on designated points on the body, corresponding to meridians from Traditional Chinese Medicine, restoring the free flow of this energy. At the same time, the issue causing concern is verbalised, followed by a statement of acceptance. These two techniques restore the natural balance of the mind body-system reducing or eliminating the issue of concern. Tapping can be helpful for a myriad of conditions such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, grief, anger, addictions, low self-esteem, or life transitions.
