Mindfulness

Learn to be an observer of your experience and become less disturbed by it.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness originated in the ancient traditions of the East and has been researched, incorporated and adopted by the West as a stress reducing and healing practice. It improves the immune system and speeds recovery from negative and painful physical and emotional experiences. Basically, it is attending to your experience in the moment including thoughts, feelings and body sensations. It is learning to be a non-judgemental observer of your own experience with openness and curiosity.
With the practice of mindfulness, it is possible to become less disturbed and reactive to your experience; to develop inner calm and peace and learn to develop self acceptance and compassion. Mindfulness is a helpful technique for issues like anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, stress, trauma, grief, anger, addictions, low self-esteem, or life transitions.
